November Update: Pledge Manager Minor Update

Hi Everybody,
You requested an update from us and we can deliver. We have everything set up for the Pledge Manager but are just waiting for the last few details before we can start sending out surveys. The Pledge Manager surveys are what we use to bring everybody into the Pledge Manager. Once this is ready, all backers will be able to purchase additional statues or upgrade your current pledge for your first one. You will also be able to add on extra sticker packs and signed prints. No need to worry though, they have already started the molding and tooling process. The manufacturing process is lengthy and often takes some time between meaningful updates but rest assured, the process has started and we will send out updates when we have fun things to share. In future updates, We'll show where we are at with the manufacturing process and what our next steps will be.

Hello Everybody!
First, we'd like to apologize for the last update that caused some confusion about declined charges. That update was simply to alert anyone who might have received a declined charge email from Kickstarter to take care of it soon or their pledge would be canceled. If you saw a charge come through on your account from Kickstarter, don't worry, you're all set.
IF your pledge was cancelled due to a declined payment, you will have another opportunity to secure a statue, please read carefully below.
Pledge Manager
We will be using BackerKit as our pledge manager. We are still waiting for everything to finalize on Kickstarter's end, but when it launches you will receive an email at the email address you have on file with Kickstarter. This is where you can upgrade your pledge to purchase any additional statues and rewards. You will also be able to update your shipping address right up to the point where we ship your statues in 2021.
Pre-Orders
If you missed out on backing Kickstarter or your pledge was cancelled due to a declined charge, you will have an opportunity to Pre-Order a statue for $189. Unfortunately, if you had backed at the Early Bird pricing, you will have to pay the regular Pre-Order price above.

Declined Charges

Declined Charges
If you received a declined charge email from Kickstarter, you have until tomorrow morning (10/15 @ 10 am MT) to fix this or your pledge will be cancelled. We don't know exactly when Kickstarter will try to charge declined charges again but we would assume it would be close to that time.
If you received this email and fixed the issue and saw that you were charged by Kickstarter, you should be good to go. Kickstarter likely tries to collect a few times during that 7 day period after the campaign.
What to do if you can't fix this in time?
We may open up pre-orders in a month or two before we have to decide on final production numbers and if we do that, you can pre-order at that time. We may also have a few extras available on our website in 2021 after we've shipped all the backer statues. Both of these options aren't guaranteed so your best chance to get one is to take care of this now.
