May Update (Some customers are at risk of missing out on their statue)

Hello everybody,
Welcome to the May Update. There isn't a lot of new information to share but please look below and check your messages to see if we have tried to reach out to you about shipping.
Production Update (Prototype is in progress)
We received pictures of the first sample and while it's looking great, we had a few changes and didn't want to share a picture of one that is 95% great, we'd rather just show one we are really happy with so we are hopeful to get that later this month.
Shipping Estimate
We are still anticipating shipping in July but that date is subject to change.
Customers at risk of losing out on their statue
We currently have 9 customers who are at risk of missing out on their statue. We've sent emails AND sent a message via Kickstarter to these customers so PLEASE check your messages on Kickstarter.
If you didn't receive a message from us, you are all set and don't need to do anything.
If you did receive a message from us, please contact us immediately. If you don't pay for shipping, your pledge will be viewed as a donation and you will not receive a statue.
How to find your messages on Kickstarter
1: Log in on Kickstarter.
2: Click on your profile icon.
3: Click on Messages.
Again, if you didn't receive a message from us on Kickstarter, you are all set and don't need to do anything.
We can't wait to share the finished prototype with you!

March Update (Pledge Manager Credit Cards Charged on March 24th)

Good Afternoon everybody! Just a quick update for March. We are hoping to see a final painted sample in the coming weeks and as soon as that's ready, we'll show it here. The next step for us is locking down production numbers for all statues, stickers, and signed prints so check below for important dates
Pledge Manager Surveys (94%)
We are currently at 94% complete for our Pledge Manager Surveys. If you backed this project on Kickstarter and have not received your survey, contact us immediately to avoid delays with your statue.
THIS SURVEY IS MANDATORY FOR ALL BACKERS. Please fill these out immediately and contact us if there are any issues.
Production Cut-off Date: March 22nd
You have until March 22nd to add any additional statues or add-ons. This will be the last chance you have to get the statue at this price before it goes on our website later this year. The stickers and signed print will not be available later.
Credit Cards will be charged on March 24th for all add-ons and shipping charges.
Please review your pledge manager account for this final cost. Please make any necessary arrangements to make sure your card isn't declined. If you have any questions or concerns with this, please contact us at [email protected]
Moving Soon?
Not to worry, you still have a lot of time to update your shipping address. When we are closer to finishing production we will be able to give a deadline to update your shipping address. At this current time, we are expecting to ship in June.
